On April 29, the Supreme Court heard arguments in Miot v. Trump (Haiti) and Dahlia Doe v. Noem (Syria). The Court did not issue a decision that day. Your TPS status has not changed. A ruling is expected in late June or early July 2026.

H.R. 1689 Passed the House.

On April 17, the House voted 224-204 to extend TPS for Haiti through 2029, protecting over 350,000 Haitian community members. Now we need the Senate. Call your Senators today and demand they pass H.R. 1689.
